Elements Massage in Arcadia is an oasis in the urban desert! My mom went around noon and they were extremely nice to her. She keeps mentioning how great she feels and how well Stephanie took care of her. I recently had a hand (finger pulley) injury from rock climbing and luckily Tim is very experienced in sports massage and a climber himself. He was careful and made sure that I wasn't in any pain. He even took some extra time to answer all of my questions. I was just visiting this weekend, but my mom's actually going back next week. I'll definitely be heading back next time I'm in town!
