I left an original review about 10-11 months ago when I purchased a new Durango R\T. I had a crummy experience, which the dealership was able to address in some cases; I'm very appreciative of the sales manager working with me, returning calls, and addressing issues.
My updated review is for the service department. Here I thought the sale department was rough, the service department is the worst of the worst. I've had multiple issues with my truck, including but not limited to: transmission grinds, slips, etc., permanent service engine light, body panel alignment, ventilated seats not functioning. The list goes on.
I scheduled an appointment about 3 months ago to have these issues addressed + standard oil change and tire rotation. When I got to the dealership I was greeted promptly but was told they could only do the oil change because they "didn't have anyone who could look at the transmission". Needless to say they asked me to make another appointment. When I inquired into a loaner vehicle I was told they don't offer that, only a shuttle service. When I asked what I was supposed to do if they had my truck multiple days, I was pretty much told I have to find my own transportation.
I've attempted to contact the service manager, Travis Milner, multiple times. This guy is nowhere to be found. It's like he's a ghost or a figment of the imagination - he's never available and he doesn't return phone calls.
If this dealership truly stood behind what it sold or cared about their customers, I'd rewrite these reviews in a heartbeat, however they've yet to show me anything other than that once they've have you're money, they couldn't care less. Shame on Larry Miller Dodge Peoria.
