Gregg himself is awesome but if your buying a home, I would suggest getting your own home inspection (we paid almost 400) and ended up with a gas leak, neighbors are talking about mold in the house after we hire someone else to do an inspection I'll correct this but on top found out from contractors our back room wasn't done right and will flood when it rains. we also told them we didn't want to close until after April so our first mortgage would be in June and I have emails to pro've that they where gonna work this out and than got a email saying we had to have the down payment in 1 day prior so went in Friday since they said closing was monday and had stacks of paper to sign which they rush you threw and tell you its all stuff you already signed .still dont know if that was closing and than Sunday went to get the keys and the seller was in our house and had keys.... yes he was in our home when we got our keys and after!!! so we didn't have the final walk threw into after we signed the paperwork with the lender friday
so we had to go change our locks. did not sign anything after Friday. be careful!!!
