I brought in my Cadillac because the dealership wanted my first-born to replace 2 tires. I was having other work done and they gave me a heads up on the tire condition. This place gave me a heads up on some critical work that needed doing that the dealership missed. I knew they weren't trying to up sell me because they pulled me out to the garage and showed me then recommended I return to the dealer if it is under warranty. It is.
The car is back at the dealer getting worked on, but the service I receive from this location was exceptional. I was quoted a price over the phone and when I came in, it was honored. There were a few hiccups, but they owned it and took care of everything. They have EARNED my business.
