I first known about Rainspring dental when I received the promotion mail about the $59(or $49 I forgot) special for cleaning and dental x-ray, so I went in and used the coupon, and I was not disappointed. I was very thankful the first time I went in, there used to be an elder lady who cleaned my teeth at the time she was so thorough and educated me how to take care of my teeth. I left happy that day but forgot to leave review. Later on I went back to them second time and I also found out they have the cheapest rate for fluoride varnish for those who has insurance, so I went with them, this time everyone I met were new, but they were all nice and professional, I never had such pleasant teeth cleaning experience in my entire life but here, they spent at least good amount of 15~20 minutes on teeth cleaning(my other dentist spent maybe10 minutes at most and was always painful) that's when I know teeth cleaning can be painless. The only little thing that got me at first was when I receive the EOB, I was shocked to see they charged some kind of "dental instruction fee" in which my insurance doesn't cover it, I called them right away but they reassure me I won't need to worry about those fee, thank you Rainspring Dental, you've earned a loyal customer from now on :)
