Never will I ever go to 5th Estate tattoo again. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I went in for a touch up and he told me that I was okay this time but next time it was shop minimum. He continued to say that 2 or 3 more times. It literally took 2-3 minutes for him to touch up a max of 3 letters! 3 LETTERS! I thanked him twice and thanked the desk lady, she then asked me if I paid Fernando (my tattoo artist). I told her no he said the next time I had to pay. She said "I don't understand what's going on, Fernando does she owe you anything?" Fernando said "Yes, shop minimun." I said "Excuse me? You said next time was shop minimum and this time I was fine." He said "No I told you three times." Mind you I only had $20 on me expecting it to be free. I told him that and he said "Are you serious!? I told you three times!?" I said "No you didnt! All I have is a 20 on me." "There's an ATM next door!?" "I don't have any money in my account, all I have is a 20?" I said. "Seriously?!" Was what he said. "So do you want 20 or nothing?" I replied. He said "yes!" I gave him the twenty and as I walked out the rude supposed to be "Manager" said "DON'T COME BACK!" Mind you Tiarah Villasana and Grace Garcia were by my side and the whole time they agree he said nothing about 60$ for today! My mom then called and complained and we will never go back there again. They claim to not have any bad reviews as we saw, well here's there first one. CONGRATS 5th Estate Tattoo!
