I've been to a few revolving belt sushi bars in Arizona and Eastwind is one of my faves. With $2 plates and everything is fresh, the chefs keep the belt full during lunch hours you can't beat that! The music was playing kinda loud and I felt like I was almost yelling but it was bearable. It's located in downtown chandler and parking is a bit of a pain but no biggie we always find a spot.
