This was a horrible experience! I booked a hotel back in February for vacation in August we get there the owner tells us there's no reservation and there booked the owner takes us to he's private suite a uncomfortable experience as it is so I can call Expedia two hours on the phone the book is further away in hotel than we want to be they say they'll pay the different but when we get there I had to pay ! Again another hour on the phone with Expedia the say the payment will drop off my credit card and they will pay the difference this remains to be see I will never use Expedia again !! Folks if you use Expedia make sure you double check with the hotel to make sure you have a true booked reservation
