Experience was great, did a ton of research about buying a cls550 before landing at Hi-Line, the sales rep Wayne was very courteous and helpful, he managed to have everything ready for me to fly down from Mi, pick up the car and drive it off the lot within a day. During the process a group o staff member jumped in to help to speed everything up, everyone was extremely pleasant and down to earth.
Pricing on the car was pretty competitive and well within market value for the options it had, the car itself was spotless and mechanically very well cared for , the guys up at the Mercedes dealer couldn't believe how clean it was after going through the car and MB service records.
All in all it was a great buying experience with a very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.
