I am not a NASCAR fanatic but I have to say this was a great place to visit. My husband and I stayed at the Westin over Memorial Day weekend and went to the hall of fame an hour before they closed.
They still sold us tickets but at half price! We were told it would normally take 2-3 hours to go through. However, we did and saw everything we wanted in 50 minutes. We also did the race simulator and because it was so late in the day they waived the normal $5/person fee! We LOVED the hands on activities. Going late meant no crowd, no wait, low prices. If you are like us and don't want to read every little thing but just check it out, go late in the day!
