I was in the market for a third commuter/fun car and had found two that I was interested in at different dealers. When I contacted San Tan Ford about matching or beating the other dealers posted price I received the following response from Alejandro Lopez:
"Jesse what are you waiting on, You should go buy it.
We don't advertise our second best price on the Internet"
Even if they can not do better on the price (which is not true as the make my deal app came back with a slightly lower price later that day) this attitude was unacceptable and has turned me off from this dealership.
Seeing as I replace my cars every couple of years they have lost an opportunity to make a potential long term customer.
