I was able to get a last minute prenatal massage before we hit the road back to DC. Jill, my massage therapist, was just wonderful. She talked through my pregnancy symptoms with me so should could focus on areas that I needed relief and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I love a good deep tissue massage and have found with some other prenatal massages that the therapist will be too gentle to really be effective; not Jill. She dug in there and by the end of the massage I felt as if I was floating! I'd highly recommend Jill at Studio Z for a prenatal massage - I'll be back next month when I'm in town for my baby shower.
