I'm in love!! I live in Los Angeles and take spin classes there about 3x a week... I thought I was obsessed with my studio but now there's competition!! I bought a Groupon for Cyclone so I could take spin while I was in Vegas. Great decision. I took Julie's class on a Friday and Saturday morning. It was such a great workout and honestly much more of a full body workout than the spin classes I'm used to. I felt like my arms def got a workout too, much more dance and rhythm involved. I really felt like I worked super hard, I was drenched after. I was honestly not really looking forward to my move to Vegas, but knowing that I found a new spin studio will make my transition a lot easier! Can't wait to spin here again.
