If you can STAY AWAY from this Hotel
I had a important meeting the next morning and I asked for a wake up call. This was at about 0.30 am
A sleepy front desk employee answered and when I asked her if she got the time right and room number she wouldn't even remember my room number and said it is 700 something... This hotel has only 4 floors
Of course I didn't get the wake up call in the morning and was 30 minutes late. Chuck, the front desk manager was rude when I complained, he said it is the computers fault. Really?
Forget to get shampoo . That is not on the lust. Not even a pen to write something down.
They are very rude and extremely unprofessional.
So I can only suggest to stay away from them. I definitely will.
