I worked with Noam who was referred by a friend that lives in Phoenix. Even though I'm 1200 miles away in Houston, I'm very pleased that we had Noam help schedule our cruise. He was extremely helpful and anticipated many of our questions/concerns since this was our first trip ever to Europe. The cruise ship was amazing and the itinerary allowed us to see the most we could given the timeframe. Even with several bumps of our own during the trip, Noam was very responsive and available to any concerns we had while traveling.
