WARNING!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not go to her. She booked me multiple appointments then cancelled last minute ON EVERY SINGLE ONE. Right before my big trip when I had no other choices and didn't book someone else- she canceled. (Didn't end up getting them done before my big trip) Then she wouldn't book me at all. I had a groupon so I couldn't get the money back. I tried to set an appointment through a friend's name and she canceled AGAIN. Then she set up a new appointment through my friends name that I actually got to go to w out a cancellation text mid way there. Got there then she accuses me of being a liar and that she won't service me. I asked for my money back and she refused to give it to me. I called groupon and was told that she had the money. Asked for it again and she walked away from her station getting ready to go home. I walked out w out my nails done and w out my money. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND MANNERS. I had no choice but to try under a different name bc SHE WOULDN'T service me. Who acts this way?? I'll be calling her current salon she's at (Posare in Summerlin) tomorrow to speak to a manager. I'm appalled that someone trying to run a business has so much disrespect towards clientele. Also, a salon shouldn't want to employ someone that disrespects their clients. I guess that's the only way she's making money is creating numerous groupons and not honoring them so she gets to keep the money for no work. GROUPON WILL NOT REIMBURSE YOU for the incompetence of the servicer. Just a heads up!
The way she booked me the first time too she told me she was going to rush through my appointment bc she had plans that she had made and needed to be at. Um, don't make an appointment w someone if you think you don't have time and are going to do a rushed crap job. Wtf? Useless.
