employees are always nice and helpful--it's a family affair it seems. the food is good, consistently. amazing: samosas, pakoras, saag paneer, garlic naan, and tandoori chicken. the biryani however is a disgrace. frozen veggies, no raisins and maybe one or two if any nuts. they deliver, which is somewhat rare for indian food. i'd give it 4 stars, but strangely, something about bukhara ALWAYS leaves me with some type of GI situation. i don't know how to explain it. i love indian cuisine, have eaten it for decades, and sure, i've had similar experiences from time to time with other indian restos, but every. single. time. i eat bukhara's delicious food, it's hard on my body. ???
