I wish I would of checked Yelp first! Totally my mistake! If you are a Charlotte resident DONOT rent from Advantage (airport location)!!! The only reason they even deserve a star is because the nice lady at the desk tried her best to help yet couldn't when I arrived not expecting to have to put down 400 dollars for a rental!! For a day and a half!! Not until the day I arrived to pick up my car did I realize allege secret hoops you have to jump through... Proof of insurance IN YOUR NAME, 200 DOLLAR additional hold on your debit card on top of the 206 I was spending for the vehicle for the day and a half, lack of communication is a huge problem with this company!! I called 3 days before requested a different luxury vehicle due to the fact it was going to rain and I did not need the convertible. Nope still down for the convertible. When I spoke with the women on the phone she verified the 206.... Nothing about the hidden 200 additional hold (that IS refundable when you return the car duh! ) once again never rent from this place! And if you do be ready for all the hidden pricing when you arrive!
