I purchased my 2014 Lincoln MKZ from Performance Lincoln in 2013. It was the worst car buying experience I have had ever. The servicing post sale was average at best . I thought maybe under new ownership Lincoln customers would get the level of service the brand deserves. My recent service experience in August was Ok, but not exceptional. I had to keep contacting them rather than the service advisor calling w/updates. I just discovered my car is covered with fine scratches from their car washing that used brushes (not brushes). Mr. Sabates still has a lot of work to do with his latest investment and better make this right.
