This review is targeted specifically towards the parts department and not Bass Pro Shop's itself. I needed a specific part for my boat and figured the parts department would have it and they are less then a mile from my house. However it took me several times to get through to these guys because for some reason nobody wanted to answer the phone. After spending a good 10 minutes on the phone while they looked up my part the clock was ticking. Due to the extreme importance of this part and the fact I was paying a mechanic for help, I asked them to set it on will call and would be rushing over before closing. The employee responded with I better get there before five o'clock or he's was leaving. Long story short, we arrived before 5 and the place was locked down. To think I mentioned the importance and the arrived before posted closing and this is what I got. Never again will I give them the time of day or my money.
