Here for my first time as the kids came with grandma once before. Repeat customer because my daughter and friends liked it. Brought 3 kids in today, $40 cost and I was rudely greeted by Austin who had us fill out paperwork again only because they hadn't filled out the paper forms from the week. When looking for the location of the place I used yelp and accepted the check in offer of a $1 off. Saving me $3, Austin laughed at the $1 off coupon. A laugh that was so loud that demonstrated how he thought lowly of a customer using a $1 coupon to save $3. He should share his humor with the owner or operator of their generous marketing coupon to get families like myself in to spend $40. I asked him why he laughed cuz of the coupon and he said yes. I asked him how much money he makes, "7.85 hr" he must be big time since he scoffed at saving $1 on 3 entries. Guess Austin is big time and he doesn't want to customers father and 3 kids to return because we won't be back. Too many other places out here. Hope the feedback is helpful in deciding on where you spend your money.
