Rock bottom is a great way to describe how you'll feel when you realize you've been waiting 45 minutes (and counting) for a cheeseburger. I can't speak for the food, but the service and environment leave much to be desired! Sorry Rock Bottom, but you're probably never going to get a second chance. Boooooo.
EDIT: the food finally came. my fries were cold and the burger was mediocre at best. I'd give it a solid 3/10 for food quality!
