I moved i to a house right behind the old location. I needed extensive dental work done. I spend around 9k with them. I ended up moving out of the neighborhood and i to scottsdale. I found a dentist nearby and i went there for a routine cleaning. They took xrays and basically told me that everything northern smiles had done needed to be redone. I refused to accept this which prompted me to go to another dentist who told me the exact same thing. I went to 3 more dentists they also said all the work needed to be redone. I went back to northern smiles and told them what I had been told by the other dentists. NS refused to work with me what so ever. They wanted to charge me full price all over again.....i really wish they would have worked with me because the staff there always treated me well.
