We seem to always be receiving the wrong mail in our box. This has been happening more and more often. About a week ago I received a package that was intended for our next door neighbor. I've also ordered items from Amazon on multiple occasions where the tracking status showed that the item was delivered but I never received it. This happened to me JUST yesterday. I'm so tired of this!
You people seriously have one job! Do it right, please! It shouldn't be that difficult to ensure that mail is delivered to the correct box.
I should also mention that trying to get in touch with the post office is another issue altogether. Either they don't answer the phone or you're placed on hold for a ridiculous length of time. It doesn't seem like their drivers are held accountable for not doing their jobs properly.
