Bergies is a great little privately own coffee shop. One of the last in a dying breed. They sell organic coffees and goods, have a great seating area outside where local musicians perform.
Old town Gilbert has a cool feel due much to places like Bergies. We have tried both hot and cold drinks from Bergies and trust the consistency. The staff is always pleasant and they genuinely want you to leave satisfied.
If you happen to be stuck waiting for a table at Snooze, just walk across the road to Bergies, get a coffee, kick up your feet and enjoy.
It's just good.
