I paid extra for a room with a refrigerator, but when I showed up I was told that the only rooms available with fridges were smoking room. They did not refund the difference in price when I refused to sleep in a smelly smoker's room.
The toilet ran on all night. When I told the front desk they told me their maintenance guy wouldn't be in until the morning, and if the toilet overflowed they would give me more towels. Can you imagine if it had?
The mattresses were prison thin and the room are tiny. I now know what Florence Supermax must feel like.
