Absolutely terrible customer service, the front desk people, especially a guy named Zach, are extremely rude. The vets seem to be okay, when you can actually see them with your pet. Took my dog in on Thursday, because he stepped on a thorn, and was informed that the earliest he would be able to be seen would be Sunday. Took him to another Banfield, where they boarded him and saw him after the vet was done with surgery. However, today he was still continually licking his paw so we think there must still be thorns in it, that were not seen at the previous location. Attempted to call this location again to get him an appointment for a second opinion, where I was informed the earliest he would be able to be seen was Wednesday and that we should yet again chose a different Banfield location. This is ridiculous, if my dog was not in pain and this was not an emergency I would not care. But he should be able to be seen as soon as possible when an emergency situation is present. The only reason I still visit Banfield, is because my dogs currently have a Wellness plan with this corporation. But rest assured when my contract is up in September, Banfield will no longer be our primary care veterinarian.
