I am certain Dr. COLSON. is a great doctor. Her front office person is the most unprofessional person I've ever met at any Dr. Office. I believe her name is Mary. After arguing with me about what my insurance covers and asking for entirely too much personal information without any evidence to support her ridiculous rant, I simply said I'm leaving. I'm certain Mary feels she did nothing wrong. I'd like to remind her and Dr. Colson that Gilbert is still a small community and being a local to Gilbert for that last 25 years, I can tell you word spreads fast about customer service or the lack there of.
