I lived at the VillaTree apartments for 6 months and the whole time all I had were complaints. Packages get delivered to the leasing office that are suppose to be open until 5pm Mon-Sat but some days never opened at all so if unless you are watching the mail man to see if he has your package it may be taken back to the post office or either they close way earlier with NO NOTICE and you have to wait until until the next business day to receive it. My son's room had water damage in the walls. There was mold in our bathroom and the cabinet doors were always breaking. I have a lot of glass dish ware and one day my entire shelf fell down thank god no dishes broke. The patio has wholes in the floor so there's no privacy on your on balcony. There was always marijuana smoke coming up into our apartment which was not appropriate for my 3 year old son in my home. There was stray cats always trying to run into our apartment. I made a few maintenance request that got ignored and marked completed that were never completed and in 120 weather here in Arizona have an A/C that takes 6hrs to at least bring my apartment to a neutral temperature but doesn't cool off the apartment. They also made numerous mistakes and waited months to tell us we owed almost 200$ twice on move in fees !!!! MY OVERALL POINT SAVE YOURSELF THE DISAPPOINTMENT AND don't STAY HERE WISH I WOULD HAVE ACKNOWLEDGED THESE REVIEWS BEFORE COMING HERE!
