The night tour is awesome! It's a walking guided tour. Make sure you wear closed toed shoes because there is a lot of dangerous things around like metals and glass. It's so cool being able to see all the old neon signs. A bunch of the signs have been restored so you can see what they look like. It was great to be able to see the signs up close.
The best deal I think is the buying the neon museum tour and the mob tour together.
At one point they let you walk around a part of the area and take as many pictures as you want.
