Went to the college location using my passport. Perfect for those who commute via ttc as it is just at the north west corner of Yonge/College. You have to buzz to get in (yea security!). The space was huge and it could prob. fit up to 50 ppl . It was fairly clean too!
The class I took was Ashtanga L1 (Rosie). She was excellent & def. good for beginners as she incorporated a little challenge but would also explain about the postures, etc. I think if the class was smaller she'd prob. correct you more as well.
The key to the washroom is by the door of the reception area. Washroom is just down the hallway.
There are no lockers. do not leave any important belongings in the changeroom.
Remember to bring your own water. For the summer, it will likely be very hot even with a few fans. So bring a towel just in case. There are mats at the back of the room in case you don't have one.
If it's your first time here, remember to come a little earlier as you have to fill out a waiver form.
To those with little discipline. There's Starbucks/timmys all around. It's tempting to get out of there & not purchase a drink!.... or shop at winners!
