I walked in and asked for a quote on the rates. You look around and there are no prices anywhere at all. The lady was a typical salesperson, she told me she would give me a deal if I came back and moved in by 1pm. She told me that she would give me two days off the first months rent and waive the cleaning fee. Then gave me a quote of 973 a month for a one bedroom. I had my fiance call an hour later to see what the rates were and the lady told her the rates were 931 a month. I came back and asked the sales lady why the rates over the phone were cheaper and she got offended that I didn't go through her. When it was all said and done she let me move in for 904 a month. People here are sketchy at best, I feel like my place could be broken into at any moment. They only ask for a copy of your ID when you move in so that explains the sketchy people. The apartments are filled with bugs and I found tons of roach traps all over the apartment. THe internet only allows one computer per user.
