This hotel is dirty. Carpets in the hallways are littered with visible dirt debris, the furniture in my room had dust everywhere and the walls on the bathroom had boogers from previous guests... gross to say the least. Room in general are dated and the hotel lobby and restaurant area lacked the luxury feel I would expect from an intercontinental hotel. Just seemed like a rundown version of an otherwise well known hotel chain.
Also the signage of the hotel on the building lit up as "er inental" Because half the lights were out in the sign, I guess this was a sign from above on what's going on inside.
