I had the displeasure of dealing with this place, as they seem to be who Koodo outsources their phone repairs to. Here is my tale of caution...
I had my Samsung Galaxy S5 for less than a week when the camera stopped working. When I would try to open it, it would delay, then eventually say "camera failed". I Googled this and found it to be a known defect with the Galaxy S5. As such, I took it back to Koodo, who sent it to this shady place.
About a week later, I got a call from Koodo that my phone was ready for pick up. I was surprised at how fast it was. I went to get my phone, and the Koodo agent explained to me that they were unable to fix my phone because it was water damaged. She also told me that this company (All Tec-Neek) had allegedly tried to call me about the damage. I never received a call, nor did I get a message. I explained to her that I had had this phone for such a short amount of time that I was 100% positive that it was NOT water damaged.
After I left Koodo, I took the phone to a cell phone repair shop where one of the reps confirmed what I already knew - that my phone did NOT have water damage.
I got home and Googled All Tech-Neek and see a myriad of stories that mirror my own - fake claims of water damage!
Also, when my phone came back, the screen wasn't even glued down properly.
Stay far, FAR away from these scam artists!
