I have been shopping in this store for the last 7 years. I walk around, find some of the colors and styles that I am looking for and then ask for the in house store designer to help me put it all together. In the past, it has been very helpful. Well, today, when I went in, gathered some pieces of tile, and asked the designer for help, she told me that I had to make an appointment, and same day appointments is not ok. She told me that she had another appt scheduled and that she could give me a couple of minutes. Meanwhile, she was doing nothing and helping nobody. I saw a Manager and told him what happened. He was not aware of this and asked her to help me. She said No, that some big head designer at corporate stated on a conference call that designers only help people by appt only. Why isn't that a crock of crap. So, Miss Designer, helping nobody, is too high and mighty to help folks create a nice design. I thought they had these design folks in the store to help customers get the right thing and sell the product! My very small shower tile project is going to cost $1,000 in material. Could you seriously not help me? Not a happy customer.
