My first experience with Dr. Poremba was about 5 years ago. I had a mild toothache and another dentist told me I needed a crown. I wasn't so sure, so I came here for a second opinion. Dr. Poremba told me he could put a crown on the tooth and charge me a bunch of money but he didn't believe i needed it. He thought I was having some sensitivity that would subside after a thorough teeth cleaning, and it did. An honest dentist not just out for the money? I was hooked. I've been coming here ever since and I've had zero issues with my teeth.
The front desk staff always seem to know my name as I walk in the door (I know I have an appointment). They are friendly and make you feel so welcomed and like family. They greet you by name and have a quick conversation with you, instead of making you fill out questionnaires and loads of paperwork.
Carolyn is also fantastic and I always look forward to "chatting" with her while she's cleaning my teeth. She's super easy to talk to and has such a big heart. I had to have a small cavity filled and Dr. Poremba was personable and quick. He does bounce between patients, but it's honestly more efficient that way. I was in and out in 20 minutes! I recently moved out of state and he let me know that they would still accommodate me if I wanted to stay with them or until I found another dentist.
They are the real deal! They are running a warm and welcoming office where you are treated like family, not just another dollar sign.
