We are having the same issues as most of these reviews. We are still pending CPAP supplies after two weeks, placed the order and ZERO supplies, update or claims filed.
Symbius Medical was our previous supplier and is no longer in the CPAP business. Pacific Pulmonary is the supplier recommended by Symbius and have our records. We do have private insurance too. I recommend everyone to look elsewhere for their CPAP supplies.
