Shout out to Luis. I came in on Sunday to get a service with international roaming and got given the wrong service! I figure this out while abroad....I figure this would be an easy fix but after two hours on the phone to t-mobile customer service I am told to call the shop where I bought the prepaid from. Luis picked up, I told him my problems and he fixed it. We got disconnected and the called me back to boot. So I'm a happy customer. Wished I had called first before talking to t-mobile customer service.
