This place is top-notch in every way that it can. Location, ambiance, amount of machines, teacher, music. There's really nothing wrong with it. If you're ready for work out that's out of the box, this is it. It's not your usual aerobics, so don't bother with sports shoes. I never thought 'slow' could hurt but it does, if you're in one of these machines. So that's the only thing... They don't look like machines of torture for nothing... But I'm sure you'd be fine, and will enjoy it.
