I'm new to Phoenix Arizona, purchased a vehicle and encountered a few issues with the vehicle. Being new to Phoenix I'm not familiar with any mechanics or auto shops. Searching google I came across " Back to basic automotive " , I called them and they told me to go ahead and come right in , when I got there they were extremely busy and still managed to get my vehicle back for service . A gentleman by the name of Zach took the time out to look at my vehicle and immediately service it , I brought my own parts and was missing one and he ordered it before fixing the problem , so that way I didn't have to come back later due to the same issue . Zach fixed my car and got me back on the road in a reasonable amount of time and I will say I found my personal mechanic and will be back if my car ever needs more work . If you ever come across " Back to basic automotive " request that Zach service your vehicle, you won't be disappointed.
