AJ was our property manager and we had nothing but issues throughout our lease. No keys, garage door openers, mail or pool keys were given to us until we had to ask -multiple times- for garage door openers we were told we had purchase new ones for the home along with a fan switch.
There were many maintenance issues that were ignored/ not taken care of a in a timely manager and AJ was always unreachable or said he couldn't do anything about it. Anytime I would email AJ I would get a response, yet when my partner emailed him, he never replied. He was very unprofessional in all forms of communication, when he did reply. Communication was so poor we often went straight to the home owner for most things in order to get things done.
The inspector that came to do an inspection was nothing but disrespectful and rude the entire time and made side comments and remarks to my partner.
Overall Brewer and Stratton made this renting experience more stressful then exciting for us. I would not recommend this property management company to anyone.
