Called these amazing guys at 9am sharp this Saturday morning asking if they had availability today to repair the leak in my tire caused by a wood screw (see my Canmore Canadian Tire Review).
Jason said come on down right now and we'll look after you. I was in and out in 20 minutes! These guys have my business for life! Also they were cheaper than crappy tire, although if that wasn't the case I'd happily pay more for the fabulous service and quality of work.
The experience of a big chain store versus a much smaller store shows at least to me how important it is to support the little guy who values good experiences and relationships with his customers. Opposed to a robotic, complacent employee of a big nationwide company who has zero concept of customer relations.
