This Lenscrafters is amazing. The eye doctor here was the best I have ever had. All these years, I was wearing the wrong contact lenses, causing so much irritation and discomfort. This wonderful eye dr presented me with the most comfortable lenses for my dry eye condition. I am in heaven now. As for the representatives that handle the glasses area, they are superb. So friendly and sociable, and great sense of humor! John, Sierra, and Ian are great! I feel that they really stand by their products, and if anything goes wrong on their end, they take responsibility, and handle it. I will always do business with them. They will take as much time with you as you need. Get the warranty on glasses. It's worth it, if your lenses get scratched or glasses break within a year, you can replace them for $25.
