My husband and I just finished the arduous task of trying to purchase a home. In believing we had all of our ducks in a row, we got a puppy about 2 months ago thinking that at the end of our lease (September 30th) he would have a nice backyard to roam in. Well, some of the ducks wernt in line and we have to postpone the process. Meanwhile we have been living out of boxes (never unpacked everything as we thought living in an apartment was temporary) and now have a bouncy puppy. We decided to lease a home to be comfortable while we wait. Well, things are tough out there in the leasing world. You visit many properties, narrow it down and pick one just to find out "they're 4 applications ahead of you". We started to panic. Because our apartment had been pre leased leaving us without a month to month option. Enter Jeff Masich, he was very informative, patient, knowledgeable, and very accessible to us. We found a wonderful home to rent and now my mind can rest. We will definitely call Jeff when it is time to buy!
