I have never been to a One Stop Nutrition. I noticed it driving past one day so I thought I would check it out. Guy at the front counter was mostly nice but barely spent anytime talking with me and it seemed like I was bothering him with my questions. After getting my drink and him knowing this was my first time at the store, he never followed up with me to see how I liked the product or if there was anything else I needed help with as I was shopping the supplements. He did however go right to the girls and the guys who looked very muscular. Not everyone wants to be Arnold or Mr. Universe, some of us enjoy exercising and eating healthy without looking like the afore mentioned. Shake was tasty but way too many calories for my goals and prices on supplements seemed a little high. I was also told that 50g of protein is easily digestible. Funny because research I have seen puts that number close to 30g. Not a horrible experience but probably not going back.
