Awesome Work, RIDICULOUSLY OVERPRICED manicures and HORRIBLE customer service by the manager. I made an appointment with the front desk to see Angie my preferred nail tech at 11:30 am. I get there on time to be told by management that they booked me with another nail tech with almost the same name and Angie was occupied for another 30 minutes. I obliged to being taken care of by another nail tech who I assumed would be aware of the pricing for a manicure with gel, but I was sooo wrong! I validated 4 times with the nail tech that I would be paying $18 which was my norm when seeing Angie and the nail tech repeatedly told me "YES". After my nails were done I get to the front desk to pay and the manager at the front desk tells me $30 , I proceed to tell the manager the situation and she starts arguing with me versus trying to honor and own up to the fact that her nail tech was in the wrong and in fact WAS NOT aware of the correct pricing.
Thanks but no thanks Ahwatukee Nails, I will never come back!
