I've been pretty satisfied with this office the two times I've brought my son in. However this morning I called first thing to have him seen because he is sick and was told they had one appointment later in the day and if that wasn't ok I should take him to urgent care. I'll never take my kids back, I don't trust an office that suggests an urgent care for their patients. What good is having a pediatrician if they tell you to go somewhere like that? My son was up all night in pain, I needed him seen in the morning. I really like Doctor Jones but he needs new office staff.
