Disclaimer: I haven't visited enough watch repair shops to know if the price was right for the service I received. It seemed expensive to me but maybe that's how much repairing a watch costs.
However, I can comment on the quality of work and of service, and both were superb! Fawaz is a really nice guy and he definitely knows what he is talking about when it comes to watches. I have a mechanical Bulova watch and I've taken it twice to Sun Time and both times the watch was as good as new. In the first instance, something inside the watch stopped working and it cost about $250 to repair it. Second time, the dial on the side fell off and replacing it was like $80.
In conclusion, I would definitely recommend Sun Time!
