I Really liked the burgers and the truffled chips were awesome,HOWEVER...
We came in about 2 in the afternoon there are only two tables of people eating when we came to a sign that said please wait to be seated.
in front of it was a lady on her phone we stood there for about 10 minutes finally the lady on the phone she motions us pointing at a table to sit.
She grabbed some menus brought them the table sat them down and walked away.
Never said a word never put down her phone.
Apparently the phone conversation was more important than the customer.
The bartender took our orders filled our drinks while our waitress sat at the bar still on her phone.
Worst service ever.
The cook was very friendly and very informative as he answered my question about the chips.
My friend was paying and I told her not to leave a tip but she also works in the hospitality business and said it was bad karma.
I would not have left a dime I would have given you 5 stars because the food was really good but the waitress hostess slash Barstool weight left a bad impression on your business I think the bartender was her boyfriend because he didn't say anything to her
