I want to like Vovomeena very much. Their food is mostly good, but there are a huge problem for a restaurant of this quality: they use LIQUID EGG PRODUCT for their scrambled eggs and omelets. This is what McDonald's uses for their scrambled eggs. Liquid egg product has no place in a high quality establishment. They sacrifice quality for speed. The egg product is one example. The other is that their donuts are fried ahead of time and served cold. They have a cold, greasy taste. Where, if they were fried to order, they would be delicious. Vovomeena wants to be a high end establishment, but their process doesn't match up with that goal. Sometimes there are small sacrifices in speed that are so much worth any extra wait.
